I have a world globe that has been repurposed and painted with chalkboard paint, so now I can draw the countries in wherever I want. I also have a gorgeous black scroll chalkboard from Revived Vintage.
Revived Vintage is a lovely store run by Amy Weaver. She revives old vintage frames and transforms them into amazing chalkboards. My black one is a statement piece in our home, everyone comments about it. She has also started carrying vintage replicas because of the high demand for her pieces, and I can see why everyone is so eager to get one of her chalkboards - they truly are beautiful.
Amy's favorite color is white. It's the most prominent color in her home, and she even painted her children white for fun one day, hehehe. Her style is definitely Shabby Chic, and has reupholstered a lot of her furniture to give it that lovely feminine feel. From her home, Amy has been able to successfully quit a job in the medical field to sell her frames online full time.

First of all, it would be EXTREMELY hard to pick a color. Second of all I would Probably put it in my craft room area to put reminders on there of projects I need to complete (oops).

we painted the back of our bathroom door (on the kitchen side) in chalkboard paint, and I just love it! This is where i usually write the weeks menu on the top half, and the kids get to do their doodles on the bottom. Her frames are gorgeous... that red on the regency is wow - lovely!
What an awesomely cute idea! I might have to steal that :) We painted a chalkboard cloud on our wall in our kitchen, and every month we write our to-do list of activities for the month there. We adore it!
I love the gold color.... so elegant and the gold really highlights the details. If I had a beautiful chalkboard such as this I would replace the one I currently have at my spot at the local Saturday market where I'm a vendor. I write down all the daily specials. This gorgeous frame would be a real attention getter!

oh gosh, i love the vintage white chalkboard! it's gorgeous. i've been looking everywhere for one but still to no avail. it's lovelyyy!
i'd use it to jot down inspirational quotes to remind me of life and love. :) also, as an idea board! x
i'd put it on my desk and put my favorite quote to remind me all day long! :) its a close fight between gold and white but both colors are so classic!
