Flowers That Greet Me

Photobucket

Management at our apartment complex decided to plant new flowers all around the grounds. They are all so bright and pretty. I feel like it was a little Easter gift to us from them. So every morning when I go downstairs, I am greeted by clusters of lovely blooms, all eager to greet me good day. It's little things like this that remind me just how fortunate I am. I love the little indicators in our everyday lives that show how blessed we are. It's the tiny things, like having the cool co-worker that tells you jokes throughout the day, or the bus driver who waits an extra minute so you can hop on, or the newly planted flowers in your apartment complex.

What greets you every day that makes you realize how blessed you are?

Waking up with my husband every morning reminds me that I'm blessed. Having my 2 kids run to greet me when I've been gone... phone calls from friends... so many things throughout the day.

I love your photos - you always display them so cleverly... what program do you use?

My groggy, snuggly barely awake kiddos make me feel completely blessed. And the aroma of the pot of coffee my sweet husband has made for us certainly makes me smile too!

Nothing like a nice tight hug and kiss from Steve to make my day 1,000 times better.

He makes me so happy!

My darling husband, my precious puppy, a roof over my head, amazing in-laws that let us share their castle with them, a huge family that loves the Lord...and to go in the vein of Eric's post above, running water and breath in my lungs. We are so blessed in this country, we have so much. I am so discouraged when I hear myself complaining. How can I when I have SOOO much?

It would definitley be seeing the beautiful mountains every morning, seeing the clear water in the rive and feeling the fresh bite of Wyoming air. I feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful place!

for me lately it's being able to have the windows open in our house to let the fresh air in--spring in Georgia is just beautiful, and I love how it feels first thing in the morning drifting through the windows!

My bus driver actually waited for me this morning! So nice.

Flowers make me so happy... I always have at least one vase of fresh flowers in the house... and cuddles with my pup and hubby take me to cloud 9.

I really love your photos. They are always nice and impressive.
I feel I'm blessed in the morning when I get out of bed on the right side and when I find smile on every face in the family. That's a great start of the day.

Right now? My cold feet! Which is a new experience for a city girl like me. They truly remind me of my blessings. Cold feet equals house, equals bliss.

Thanks for stopping by in my moving absence! It's good to be back.
